Host is the self-serve path initially intended for independent operators managing roughly 1–5 properties who want one Montréal location monitored. If you need several locations inside your existing tools, this is the Pro research waitlist for a future LocSignal API that could connect to existing PMS products. That API is not built, and LocSignal will not become a PMS.

When one location is not enough

Host covers one location. Once you need several locations or markets, one email per location and repeated manual checking stop being a useful workflow.

A future API, not another PMS

The research hypothesis is a regulatory-data API that would send source-linked signals into the PMS tools teams already use. It is not an available product, and LocSignal is not planning to build a PMS.

Each market listed below has its own rules page, kept current, with the date it last changed. Some official sites block automated checks, so coverage varies from source to source and from market to market — we can’t guarantee every change is caught. You can review these pages now; joining the waitlist does not activate portfolio monitoring.
